Special hotel block for ATC
Please book your rooms through Hilton Americas-Houston. This helps ATC meet hotel room block commitments and avoid penalties that could ultimately increase convention expenses. All reservations must be received by 10 January 2011 in order to receive the conference rate.
Rates
The conference room rate is $185 plus 17% tax for a single or double room. There is a $25 fee per person/per night for a third or fourth person.
Reservations
- Online — Reservations may be made online at www.americashouston.hilton.com/atc. All reservations made online will require a credit card number and valid expiration date.
- Mail — Complete the accommodations form and mark the appropriate box (paying by check or credit card). If paying by check, make your check payable to Hilton Americas-Houston in the amount of $185 plus 17% tax and include the words Arctic Technology Conference on your check.

Deposit
Hilton Americas-Houston requires a guarantee equal to one night’s stay ($185 plus 17% tax) as a deposit. If booking online or by phone, your credit card will be charged this amount at the time of booking. If booking by mail, a credit card number and valid expiration date or a U.S. check is required.
Hilton Americas-Houston may cancel room reservations without notification if one night’s deposit is not received prior to your scheduled arrival.
Multiple Room Requests
You may reserve up to five rooms online with individual names. One credit card or individual credit cards may be used.
Suite Requests
Please contact Hilton Americas-Houston at +1 713 739 8000 to request a suite. We suggest you reserve a standard hotel room in the event suites are unavailable. You may cancel this reservation by contacting Hilton Americas- Houston once you have received confirmation of your suite reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Any room reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival and not used will subsequently be billed by the hotel to your credit card account.
